With a mix of on-street and off-street parking options, visitors looking to explore historic downtown Troy have plenty of ways to park close to their destination.
Meters are active Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. On-street parking is limited to 4 hours within the Central Business District. Meters accept cash or credit card payments or use the Passport Parking mobile app. Customers who utilize the kiosks must place their paid receipt on the dash board of their vehicle.

Nights, Weekends and City Holidays
On weeknights, weekends and holidays you can park for free downtown. All city-operated parking lots and garages are also free on weekends, or after 5:00 p.m. on weekdays (M-F).
