Tai Ventures, LLC was formed in 2013 in Rensselaer County, New York, to stimulate and foster the growth of Troy and make it a better place to live and work. We are impressed with the amazing architecture in Troy and the vitality of its people. We believe these are the key ingredients for a vibrant city and we are excited to be a part of Troy community.

Our primarily goal is to restore buildings to their historical character to preserve our sense of history and pride. We restored our buildings at 17 First Street and 13 First Street with great care. We are now updating facade work on the iconic Rice Building at 216 River Street.
